4.3. No Modifications After Printing Starts: I understand that I will not be able to make any modifications to the file once printing has started.
5.1. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy, which is available on our website. Refund requests must be submitted promptly after receiving your order.
5.2. Returns: We do not accept returns of customized products unless they are damaged or do not meet the specifications outlined in your order.
6.1. Ownership: All designs, artwork, and content produced by us for your orders remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6.2. Customer-Owned Content: We respect your intellectual property rights. If you provide us with content to print, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crescent Printing Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
